Why the beachside is cheaper for you
We live in Satellite Beach, so a yard in Satellite Beach or Indian Harbour Beach costs us almost nothing to get to. Further out we have to factor in the drive, which is why a small yard in Cocoa might come in a little higher than the same yard three streets from us.
If you are on the mainland and want the beachside price, get a neighbor to book the same day. Two yards on one street is worth the drive to us and we will price both like they are local.
