Clean ups& Hauling

This is the work most people put off until it feels too big to deal with. A yard nobody has touched in a year, a rental between tenants, or what is left in the yard after a storm comes through.

A normal quarter acre clean up runs $150 to $300 depending on how much there is. If it is genuinely overgrown, waist high or worse, we quote by the hour instead. That is not us dodging, it is that nobody can see what is under four feet of weeds, and an hourly number protects you from us padding a guess.

How we quote the bad ones

We will say something like: sixty an hour for the three of us, probably three hours, and we will text you if it is going to run over. Then we actually text you. Nobody likes finding out about extra hours on the invoice.
